About Samantha's Goldendoodles

Samantha's Goldendoodles began when I decided to get a purebred Golden Retriever girl and I named her "Samantha". I had gotten a Retriever mix for my 2 yr. old daughter (who she named "Micheal") from a shelter and he was such a wonderful dog even though he was a mix it was apparent that he was all "Retriever". He was wonderful with my daughter and he was so loyal to her. He always knew when she was home..... he would go crazy wagging his tail and whining until she got into the house. He was perfect! Micheal passed away at age 12 and a half and I missed him so much that I decided to get a full Golden Retriever and begin breeding them. Samantha is a wonderful dog as well and just loves our son just the same way that Micheal loved my daughter. The traits of the Retriever are such nice traits that when I heard about the Goldendoodle some time after learning that my son has allergies and asthma, that I decided to research the breed more. I learned that this breed mix was just as wonderful as the purebred Retriever or the Poodle. Retrievers and Poodles are very wonderful family dogs. They are very loyal, loving, fun and they truly love their families.
When the Goldendoodle dog was introduced in Australia and North America in the '90's it was discovered that this mix of these two breeds had some very nice traits to accompany it. They are genetically predisposed to having great dog health, they don't shed as much or at all depending on their coats (curly or just wavy), people with dog allergies will love them as they depending again on coat and generation will be hypoallergenic, they make fantastic therapy and guide dogs, they are naturally friendly, and they are inquisitive and love learning new things. They are also very cute, and very funny (especially with more than 1), and they love water!
The Goldendoodle has been bred since the '90's here in the U.S. and it has been discovered that if a Goldendoodle were then bred back to a Poodle that the hypoallergenic trait is even more apparent. When bred back to a Poodle twice the hypoallergenic trait is at its highest. Our new program will produce the highest hypoallergenic qualities of any other generations. These babies will all be F2bb. They have the best temperaments and of course will be the most hypoallergenic!! Expected colors from all will be red, chocolate, black, cream, apricot and a parti mix of these colors.
Our babies are home raised and are very well socialized. We raise our puppies to ensure the best health that we can and to be the very best friends you'll ever have! I am always here after your puppy goes home if you have questions or need advice as well.....
